Directions for Returns:
Please call our Customer Service Department at 413-200-2062 or email us at ab*****************@gm***.com within 10 days of receipt of your order.
- When returning merchandise, please repack the item carefully and return it within the prescribed time(s) above.
- If you are not completely satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from Above The Flame Cigars, even after you have tried one (1) you may return the remaining cigars within 5 days for a credit or exchange.
- If you try more than one (1) cigar and you decide that they are not to your liking and return the remaining, you will receive credit for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping costs.
- Returns accepted only with original packaging. DO NOT RETURNED SMOKED CIGARS, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.
Damaged Parcels and Merchandise:
If your order is damaged during the shipping process please contact our Customer Service Department immediately to expedite a replacement.
Shipping will be paid by us for return of the damaged merchandise, as well as the replacement items.
